Polyus refurbishes residential buildings in Ust-Omchug

In 2019, Polyus allocated RUB 2 million towards refurbishing a residential building in the town of Ust-Omchug, the administrative centre of Tenkinsky District, Magadan Region.

The new exterior of the residential building on Pobeda Street in Ust-Omchug is the result of the joint site improvement project between Polyus and Tenkinsky District Administration.

The project was launched in 2017. Since then, the facades of three residential buildings and their surrounding areas have been renovated. Benches and rubbish bins were installed in front of the buildings, along with fencing and lamp posts. The funds allocated in 2019 were used to refurbish the facade of the building as well as to replace front-facing windows and doors.
