The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of PJSC Polyus (LSE, MOEX — PLZL) (“Polyus”, or the “Company”) is recommending the dividends for the second half of 2020 in the amount of 387.15 Russian roubles per ordinary share. The dividend amount and dividend record date is subject to approval by the Company’s annual general shareholders’ meeting convened on 27 May 2021.
The recommended dividend amount is equivalent to approximately $5.09 per ordinary share or $2.55 per depositary share. The total recommended dividend payout for the second half of 2020 will correspond to approximately $693 million, representing 30% of the Company’s EBITDA for the second half of 2020, in line with the Company’s dividend policy.The dividend record date recommended by the Company’s Board is 7 June 2021.
