PJSC Polyus (LSE, MOEX — PLZL) (“Polyus”, the “Company”) has priced an issuance of 10-year rouble-denominated bonds with a put option in five years at a coupon rate of 7.40% per annum. The nominal value of bonds is 20 billion roubles.

The settlement date is 14 October 2019.

The Company intends to use proceeds from the issue primarily for debt refinancing and other general corporate purposes.
